01How long does shipping take to my city?
Standard delivery is 3-5 business days across Egypt. Express is 1-2 days for most governorates. You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS once we hand off to the courier.
02Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is enabled for all Egyptian addresses. You can also pay by card via PayMob during checkout.
03What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
04Do you ship outside Egypt?
We currently ship across Europe (DK, FR, DE, IT, ES, SE, GB) in addition to Egypt. More regions soon.
05How do I redeem loyalty points?
Points are awarded automatically with every order. Visit your Account → Loyalty Points to see your balance and apply them at checkout.
06An item is missing or damaged. What do I do?
Send a photo to support@necomm.store within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — no questions asked.
